Good morning everyone. You know it’s funny, I’ve said before that I love to make cards that match little kids clothes. I just think it’s a great place to look for color schemes. Well today’s card is inspired by a bed spread. You heard me right. I was walking through the store and suddenly I saw this bed spread. It immediately hit me and I new I needed to make a card.
Now first of all, I just want to say that once again, you should never judge a stamp set by it’s cover. I received this stamp set as a gift from #Onstage2016 and to be honest, I was not excited. It’s one of those stamp sets that I would never just purchase on my own. I thought, well, I’ll just wait until someone orders this and give it to them. NOT ANYMORE. I really like this stamp set now. It’s not on the “love” list yet, but it might get there someday.
Now some of you may be wondering what the bed spread looked like that inspired such a creation. Well I went to find the picture of it and it was no longer there. It must have sold out. Sorry!
It’s just goes to show you never know when inspiration may hit. Thanks for stopping by.
