So this last weekend was my monthly card club. It was a very hard decision to make about what to show my ladies. I finally decided on the Affectionately Yours suite and the Pop of Pink suite.
Our first card features the Love & Affection stamp set.
I think one of my most favorite things to do with stamps, is make my own designer paper. This technique is so fun and has such potential. It’s kind of hard to see in the picture, but the centers of the flowers are embossed with copper.
Next we used the washi tape from Pop of Pink and the stamp set Layering Love.
This card is one of my favorites because you could recreate this card with different washi tapes and it’s so easy to do.
Every month I try to do at least one 3-D item. I love these new clear boxes. They are just the right size for a little goodie that anyone would enjoy.
The design is pretty simple. Every quarter as a Stampin’ Up demonstrator we get a magazine called Stampin’ Success. This is where I found this project. I put a slight tweak on it to incorporate what supplies I had and it turned out great!
