We just recently celebrated my little girl’s birthday. It was so fun to watch her open her presents. Days before her birthday, she kept asking me if I had gotten everything she has requested. She wanted a Barbie, a Doctor’s kit and some roller skates. I told her it was a surprise and she would have to wait.
Although I’m not very good about giving cards to my extended family, I do try very hard to give them to my kids. I think it’s important that children know their parents love them in written form. Cards are great because they can read them over and over again.
I chose to use the stamp set Hey Girl. The little girl in this stamp set reminds me a lot of my little girl. Once again this is a fun stamp set because you get to choose the different elements to use on it. Most of the time I use markers to color things in. However, this time I used my blender pens and I think it turned out great.
