I love butterflies. They are so magnificent and wonderful. They truly are amazing creatures. Usually anything with a butterfly in it is a must have.
Today’s card features the Butterfly Gala stamp set. I’m glad this stamp set isn’t retiring but I am sad to say that the Highland Heather gingham paper is:(
Basically to make this card, I stamp the butterflies in black momento ink and colored them in the “fill in” stamp that is the same shape as the butterfly. Don’t you love that Stampin’ Up has started doing this in a lot of their stamp sets? It makes it so easy to color things in. It’s hard to tell in the picture, but each butterfly sparkles because of my Wink of Stella pen. Love that things.
I finished the card of with silver thread, sequins and a little bit of white baker’s twine tied around the middle of each butterfly. I’m sure anyone would love to receive a card that says, “Hello Beautifull”
