In Colors 2016- Emerald Envy

Good morning everyone! Can you believe it’s the last day of May? This month has flown by so fast for me. Today’s featured In Color is Emerald Envy and let’s just say, it is GREEN!! Like the other In Colors, it’s pairs very well with Dapper Denim, Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo and even Peekaboo Peach.

A little tip on this card. The strings for the balloons are actually washi tape.

I just laid the washi tape on my cutter and sliced it down to the size I needed.

I love the way the Emerald Envy makes the Melon Mambo pop!

This is a gift card holder made with the envelope punch board.

I think the Emerald Envy also looks gorgeous with gold.

And as you can see, it’s the perfect boy color.

New In Colors- Flirty Flamingo

Wow, it’s good to be back posting. I took a little break but I hope to be back in full swing now. As mentioned in my last post, I was chosen to be a display stamper for #Onstage 2016. It was a lot of fun! Today’s featured color is Flirty Flamingo! This is such a fun pink. I loved working with it.

One of my most favorite things about the new In Colors are the way they work so well together! I think Flirty Flamingo looks pretty hot with Dapper Denim.

New In Colors-Peekaboo Peach

Good morning everyone! It’s hard to believe it’s already been a week since I attended Onstage 2016. I think I mentioned that for Onstage 2016 I was chosen to be a display stamper for some of the display boards. The thing they wanted us to focus on was the 2016-2018 In Colors. Each day over the next week and a half, I will feature one color.

#Onstage 2016

Over this last weekend, I had the opportunity to attend Onstage 2016 which is Stampin’ UP’s bi-annual convention. It’s 2 1/2 days filled with stamping, displays, new ideas & FUN!! I had such a great time. I also had the opportunity this year to stamp 20 different samples for the new In Color display boards. I’ll share more on that later.

One of the exciting things about Onstage is all the goodies we walk away with. Here are this year’s specialties.

I think this one is my favorite! It’s hard to see in the picture, but there is shiny copper worked into the paper. Copper is a new trend that’s catching on!!! There’s definitely more to come.

Stampin’ Up 2016 Retired List

Good Morning everyone!! Yesterday, Stampin’ Up released their Retired List for the 2015-2016 Annual & Occasions Catalog. It’s always sad to say goodbye to some of my favorite items. However it leaves room for brand new items in the new catalog. (Coming out June 1, 2016. Stay tuned.) But in the mean while, we want to get all our favorites from this catalog!
